Membership in the Tennessee Rose Society

We welcome and encourage everyone in the East Tennessee area interested in growing roses to join the Tennessee Rose Society. The primary advantages of membership in the local society are direct interactions, association and discussions with other individuals who are interested in rose culture.  These personal interactions and meetings keep you abreast of the latest developments in rose culture, and provide information about other opportunities such as workshops, rose shows and purchasing of fertilizer and soil amendments at reduced prices. These interactions also often lead to strong friendships and acquaintances with persons who can help you get things done in our area.

Our society is associated with the American Rose Society, and members are expected to join this organization as well.  The web site of the American Rose Society lists the following benefits of membership:

Membership in the Tennessee Rose Society is only $10 per year. This supports the activities of the local society such as hospitality to out of town speakers, rose show supplies, etc. You may simply come to a meeting and join there, or you may use the form available for downloading.
